Yum Yum Donuts

Purchased a dozen donuts on valentine's day. A Female customer before me was only charged $19.99 for her dozen. The male employee im assuming was a manager tells me that my order is $27.99 because he only had valentine's donuts left and that the fresh batch of donuts would take 15 min to cook. I didn't argue with the guy about how he would charge me almost ten dollars more for the same donuts he had just sold to the lady right before, because it was early in the morning and I was buying the donuts for a group of employees at the V.A. Hospital. That's really bad and sad customer service. I had been going to this yum yum donuts location for over 10 years, not anymore. Next time ill drive the extra 10 min to another location or donuts shop.

Such a great donut shop! Fresh, fluffy donuts with amazing flavors, and the staff is always friendly. Perfect spot for a sweet treat—highly recommend! 🍩✨

Came here late night after work to get an ice coffee and something to eat and was greeted with some man that said he doesn’t know how to make an ice coffee. I spoke to him and Spanish also and he insisted that he doesn’t know how to make anything and continued to clean. Had to leave didn’t seem like he wanted to help. Not sure why they are open if they have employees that say they don’t know how to make a black ice coffee.

Fantastic donuts. Only complaint, which isn't really a complaint, is that the menu isn't clearly labeled so you have to ask what things are.

The cashier was friendly and polite with us. The cashier was well trained and she gave us different choices for our order. My kids love the chipotle bagel. 🥯
