Customer Reviews
I ordered a tonkotsu miso ramen and it barely had any broth. I at least expect the broth to slightly cover my noodles but as you can see, that was not the case. The taste of the food was disappointing. The noodles were cooked properly at least but the broth lacked flavor and the pork tasted different and not in a good way. The quality of the overall dish did not justify the $16 price point. This place used to be good however, I do not plan on ordering ramen from here again after this experience.
I rarely leave reviews but this one is deserved. Maybe their ramen is good, but I got the karaage chicken rice bowl. For 17 dollars, you get six soggy pieces of starch-covered chicken (90% breading) and some white rice. Workers just shrugged their shoulders. Skip this place, go to BBQ chicken.
I've been to many Ramen places and this is the worst Ramen I've ever taste. Even the cashier in the front don't know anything about what kind of noodles they serve. I ask him nicely and answer me back with weird look. The owner needs to talk and teach them how to speak to customer..
Haven't dined at this H Mart's food court in a while, so it was nice to see this new ramen spot. They serve Japanese and Korean ramen as well as tonkatsu, tempura, okonomiyaki, and onigiri. They also have vegetarian options. Ordered the Tonkatsu Chashu and Tonkatsu Miso - enjoyed them very much. Tasty broth, a perfect soft boiled egg, nice chewy noodles, and tender pork chashu. Will be back!
Ordered a tonkotsu ramen to go and they packed the noodles and toppings separately so they didn't get soggy. It exceeded my expectations and it is definitely the best ramen I can get locally.
