Youngstown Marketside

Such a cute little market!! I love coming here for their delicious sandwiches and the horseradish pickles they put on the side. There is seating inside the market with a pleasant atmosphere but I usually head out to a quiet spot along Lake Ontario. The employees are always friendly and diligent. In the market you'll find all your essentials. While I've never ordered more than a quick sandwich they do offer a lot of other items that look and sound delectable. If you haven't been here you're really missing out!!

A good variety of sandwiches and smoothies. A tiny bit pricey but the sandwiches are large and meaty. Cookies are huge, delicious, and under priced - but don’t tell them. They have scones and muffins as well. We didn’t shop in the grocery side but they have the staples. The ladies are efficient and friendly. We sat at the window counter and enjoyed the meal.

This place is what Youngstown needed. Prayers answered!! Fresh, seasonal and local! Before Youngstown Marketside, I had to run 15 mins to Tops or 25 mins to Wegmans to grab milk, eggs or any last minute cooking needs. Now I can head over 1 mile to YMS for all my fresh produce, groceries and really cool speciality items I haven’t seen anywhere else in Western New York like some of their unique spices, oils and meat marinades. Delish! Also can we talk about the cafe and bakery!!! Mama Mia! The scones are made fresh every morning. I had to fight my sister for the last bite the other day. My husband and I love this little Gem. Between both Lewiston and Youngstown, it's the best casual lunch and breakfast spot in the area. A hard working family, and well run.
