You & Me Coffee Roasters

An online afficionado for well over a year now! These coffees are handled with care and precision from individually batch roasted premium coffee from various sourced beans. Each coffee source has unique flavor profiles and Kevin roasts each to his recommended darkness or your personal desired preferences. I use drip, pour-over and sometimes a french press or even a Brazilian/Cuban brew. I recommend a med. dark or darker roast for pressure brews like espresso and a somewhat lighter medium roast for drip and pour-over. Try what interests you, but, I prefer the Panama Boquette lighter roast or Zambian extended fermentation with a deeper roast for a smooth cup of exceptional coffee.
