Yeah, I really like this place! The prices are definitely reasonable, which is a huge plus. Plus, they never skimp on the toppings; you always get a good amount. The staff is also super friendly and always makes you feel welcome. Honestly, it's a great spot for a quick and tasty meal.

This is the first and last time I ever go to this location. I decided to take my 3 and 2 year old girls after a day at the park for some ice cream. We got one cup for all of us to share. We ate inside and after we were done I noticed a sign that said Happy Hour every Thursday from 4-7 pm. I looked at my phone and realized I was at the store at that exact time frame. I asked the employee what that was about and he replied it was buy 2 get 1 free deal. I asked him why he didn't mention anything to me before. He replied "i dont know." I asked him if we could get our free cup now. He said no. I asked him why not, he replied "they have to be bought at the same time. I told him we were here the entire time. He replied "i cant help you." I was like comon man my girls would love more ice crea

Went to Yotality with my family because they wanted to celebrate together at a place with non dairy options so I could have something with them. The wasn't a single sorbet option and all the other options were yogurt despite this sign on the window. Pretty disappointing.

I always loved this place. But with my today’s experience I might not go back. Today I wanted to take one of my friends to Yotality who never tried before. We reached around 5.30 PM. Employee working at the counter started cleaning the toppings area which was ok but she completely ignored people waiting to bill. The most awkward thing was while cleaning the toppings area she sneezed once almost on the toppings. After that she didn’t move away she sneezed again. After seeing that we lost interest eating there. Employees should maintain proper hygiene. If this is the case in front of everyone I can’t imagine how they would maintain their stock.

Just came here at 9pm on a friday night, an hour before closing. Wanted to sit down and enjoy my treat until the employees told us the dining room was closed? The hours say 10 pm i’m not sure why they are in such a rush to leave. if it says closing at 10 the dining room should be closing at 10 not an hour before.
