Unfortunately, I must report a very negative experience, similar to what many other customers have described in their reviews. I was in the area with my son, and at his request—since he had never eaten at this restaurant—we decided to stop by. However, it turned out to be the worst experience, and I will not return. The staff was inattentive, and the service was poor from the beginning. The food did not meet expectations and was completely below standard. Additionally, when my son asked to use the restroom, the woman in charge responded in an irritated manner, telling him to wait because she would not provide the access code. I hadn’t set foot in a Yoshinoya for nearly 10 years, and now I remember why. Came at night—dining room was empty, but the drive-thru had a small line. The cashier had that “I’d rather be anywhere else” vibe. Not exactly welcoming. I ordered two boba drinks, two meals, and gyozas to go. Drinks showed up in about 5 minutes, food dragged on for nearly 20, and the gyozas? Took 30 minutes. Thirty. For frozen dumplings that tasted worse than what I can pull out of my freezer and toss in my air fryer in under 10 minutes. By the time those sad little gyozas finally arrived, the rest of the food was cold. The whole thing reminded me exactly why Yoshinoya fell off my radar a decade ago. Lesson re-learned. Maybe I’ll try again in another 10 years—if I’m feeling nostalgic for disappointment.

The food is okay, but the service it's really bad. I felt like the manager had a really bad mood to answer. And to give you even napkins. Really bad place to eat. I felt very uncomfortable eating there because she was just staring at me. I don't know, but I felt like she was racist

Horrible customer service. Ordered at the window, after paying I was in the middle of asking for certain condiments and the drive thru cashier slams the window. Did not let me speak, I stood there trying to get her attention and I was rudely ignored. Staff needs to be retrained on customer service. I was not even rude to her or anything 🙄 very very disappointing please fix this issue. There was zero reason for the cashier to be rude to me. Toward the end when she handed me my order atleast she did say have a nice night.

They denied us service IN THE DRIVE THROUGH AFTER ONLINE IT SAID THEY CLOSE AT 11. If I could put 0 stars, I would immediately. Yoshinoya, do better & get better workers. They’re rude and bozos.
