Yosemite Burrito

Ordered take out 2 hours before close for pickup within an hour of closing. Not sure if that was the wrong thing to do, but judging by what they served me, clearly the kitchen didn't appreciate it. Ordered nachos, a quesadilla, a cheesburger, and 2 snack wraps. Chips were burnt and contained hardly any toppings, quesadilla was very small and half filled, burger was whatever, and the "chicken" in the snack wraps were just overly fried balls of breading. Half the food was inedible and the rest was just not good. Had very high expectations that could have been easily met had any of the food been how it is described on the menu. Paid $40 bucks for most of to go into the trash, oh well, live and learn.

I just got my food after placing an order today after having issues trying to place an order online. The burrito was half the size it should have been steak and rice completely over cooked. The rollets they offered burnt with some silver residue on them. This is absurd for having to pay today prices for getting food delivered…… I will never be eating here again.

Our food took forever, most of it was missing sides, the tacos were the size of microwave taquitos, the churro “bytes” were MAYBE half an inch (and three were missing). The “fish” tacos were made of shrimp, the bowls we ordered were smaller than a Trader Joe’s freezer meal, and to top it all off they refused to honor a coupon we got in the mail a few days ago (no expiry date either???? Idk) The place sucked. I’m sorry. It seems like they’re under new leadership and I truly hope they get their ish together, because the small amount of food we DID get was good.

I love this place but how is this a medium!?! Second picture is what I normally get. Barely any notchos in the first picture. Prices went up also. I guess I gotta find a new place Edit from first review. I gave them a second chance and it's still no where close to what it used to be unfortunately. I'm gonna have to find another place 😔

This is the first time we went since the new owners took over, and it will absolutely be our last! The digital menu and ordering process was redone and it’s extremely unorganized and confusing, the layout makes no sense and it’s difficult to order what you want. The store was absolutely filthy and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the new owners came in. There are cobwebs and dust everywhere, food crumbs all over the tables, chairs and floor… the chairs were so crusted over with mess that we had to layout napkins just to sit. The store and their social media is filled with AI slop as promotional images, showing how little the owners care about their business if they’re comfortable with false advertisement and theft.
