Wow — I absolutely loved this meal! It was my first time here, so I ordered a lot because I wanted to try it all, and I’m so glad I did. The tea leaf salad was fresh and perfectly crunchy, and the samosa salad was delicious with lovely light spice. The paratha was beautifully flaky, the rainbow noodles has amazing flavor (and I loved the mix of three different noodles), and the pumpkin and tofu curry tasted so homemade and cozy. Every dish felt comforting and thoughtfully made. I loved it all and can’t wait to come back soon. And the tea was absolutely incredible.
Cozy restaurant with great food and fast service. We went for our Valentine's day dinner, and were blown away by the food and how fresh everything tasted. We got the tea salad, samosa soup and the chicken noodle. We will definitely be back - wish it was closer, we would be here weekly. The two spicy sauces on the table are incredible, I wish they sold it in bottles.
I came to Yoma wanting to try a new cuisine and it did not disappoint!! I had the curry noodle soup because it seemed like a popular dish and it was delicious. Food was hot and ready on time for my pickup order! Can’t wait to return and try something else off the menu.
Phenomenal. These flavors! Heartwarming delicious joy. I’ve eaten Burmese food in several cities including Yangon and this is my favorite. My partner and I were so happy we drove way out of our way to come here. Service = lovely. Food = unbelievable. Ambience= serene and homey. Can’t express with words how much I love this place ! We had the Mandalay Plata (not to be missed), tea salad, Shan noodles and the okra tofu curry. And Burmese iced teas. I haven’t gushed about a restaurant like this in years. I’m still full but already thinking about when I’ll have time to go back.
This is such a homey spot that I’m sure any student living in Brighton / Allston will cherish while they’re here! The food is always healthy, fresh, and truly made with love. The owners have been in business for decades and always greeted us with a very warm smile. This is my go-to spot for vegetarian food and vegan food. But also on a cold day, I love their spicy chicken noodle soup, their rainbow noodles, and honestly I’ve always loved their soups! Oh and you gotta substitute regular rice for COCONUT RICE. It’s a game changer! I love their mango salad, their tea salads too! They have a very nice Rangoon tea which is a more comforting milktea.
