Yogurtland Rialto South

I stop at this location the other day for a late snack for the first. I was very excited that they were open late. The location closes at 11pm. I was very much impressed on how clean this location was being kept throughout my foot traffic. There was about 3 young lady's on top of every. Very attentive to the customers and cleanliness to the business. I stopped by on a Tuesday and found out it was buy one get one half off. They have weekly special so keep an eye on that. All flavors were available on the yogurt, fresh fruit, and sweets for toppings.

This review has nothing to do with the establishment itself — my family and I have visited several times before the grand opening and have always been met with friendliness and great service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with Mylie was disappointing. She was rude to me in front of my husband and 4-year-old over a coupon I wanted to use. Instead of letting me explain, she repeatedly told me I was wrong. When I asked another staff member for help, they immediately understood what I was trying to say and resolved the issue quickly and politely. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this interaction was unpleasant enough to make me hesitant about returning to this location.

OMG No complimentary water😲as I sit down to enjoy our yogurt with my big family. I spent a lot of money we all sat there dry mouth . Most yogurt lands have complimentary 😍 water cups, please take into consideration & accommodate paying customers with some water as other yogurt lands do.

I came here the other day and it amazingly clean and I was helped by Lesly she was super kind with offering samples. They had a really friendly environment and I’m definitely coming back!!

I had such a fun experience at this new Yogurtland location! With 16 yummy flavors and many toppings to choose from I will definitely be returning!
