Kat is literally the best. We drive further just to come to this location, she always greets us with a smile and she’s been so friendly every time. She even gave us a heads up for $6 day! We just appreciate her so much- give her a raise so she stays. ❤️love her

This place is so disgusting! It has been a while since I visited this location and will not go back. Every machine has dripped yogurt. The bar and floor were messy & sticky! The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. No paper towels. The trash was overflowing in the restroom & in the main area. Several workers hanging out on the other side of the wall on the candy side. I let them know there were no paper towels and they looked at me like I had 2 heads. The location on Bell if you happen to drop or spill a person is right behind you cleaning up. Go visit there instead!

DISGUSTING. Absolutely EMBARRASSING for a company to display their establishment like this… I WOULDN’T BE SURPRISED IF I GOT SICK EATING HERE. The worker is just hanging out while there are NO customers and can easily make herself busy cleaning up something, but clearly she doesn’t “feel” like it. I don’t know how this place has an “A” rating. They probably just clean right before the health inspector comes in and returns to their FILTHY ways.

Extremely disappointing experience. The manager was disengaged and more focused on his phone than actually running the store or helping during a busy rush. Employees were left to deal with everything while customers waited. The overall atmosphere was a mess and unpleasant to be around. Leadership sets the tone, and unfortunately the tone here felt careless and unprofessional. A store reflects its management, and right now this location feels poorly run. Hopefully the owners pay attention to reviews and address the issue.

As somebody who loves froyo, I am BEYOND disappointed in this yogurt shop. The manager is so unkept, he has grim under his finger nails, his breathe is a hazard, AND not only that but he goes on his phone while his employees help customers and doesn’t bother to help during a rush. Yogurtini what kind of manager have you hired? Somebody seriously needs to call the health inspection and get him checked out IMMEDIATELY or even the store.
