Customer Reviews
affordable and tasty, have never had a bad experience. But sometimes the workers stay too long in the back and ur left there waiting for a while to pay.
We had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at this frozen yogurt shop. We came in to buy a frozen yogurt for our son, but things took a turn when we mistakenly grabbed a spoon from the front counter. As soon as the man who appeared to be the manager told us we weren’t supposed to take one, we immediately threw it away and even apologized. Instead of moving on, he approached us in a rude and aggressive manner, implying we were trying to steal frozen yogurt—which was completely untrue and uncalled for. When we asked why he was speaking to us that way, he got even more hostile and told us to leave the store. At first, we thought he was joking, but he was dead serious. The fro-yo tasted good and the prices were reasonable, just wished there were more options for its flavors. What made it all worth it was the staff member/cashier. I don't recall his name, but he was extremely courteous and helpful.
I took a strawberry yogurt, which actually tasted and looked like a Sorbet. On Asking the cashier Phil Hartman , he confirmed it was a yogurt . I asked him to confirm if it was actually correct as even the online photos looked different & there didn't appear to be any creaminess to it . He had a very condescending attitude and was rude & didnt seem to care what I was saying .
Lady came up to me with the most up respect I had in years from any Frozen Yogurt in Virginia, Texas is just better here 🤷♂️🤓👏
