I have been with this accounting firm for years and I can honestly say they are a blessing in my life. They have saved me more than once, always stepped in when I needed help, and never tried to take advantage with crazy prices. I am just a regular person, not a big client, yet they treat me with the same respect and care every single time. They listen, they solve problems, and they do it with honesty and kindness. If someone leaves a negative review I truly believe they must have made a mistake or gone to the wrong place, because this team has been nothing but amazing. I am deeply grateful for everything they have done for me.

Very unprofessional reception. Accountants don’t give any headups about your business or corporation. I’ve heard some info from my friend re: my business, not from my accountant. There is always a line to wait, very messed up. You have to be on top of everything, as if you are an accountant. You can come and wait for your accountant (Yuliya K.) to come the office for over 30 minutes, no apologies, noone even tries to make it up to you. When I asked a receptionist if Yulia is coming and could she find out as I came from a completely different borough for this appointment, took a day off and left my car on meter, she just answered “no, I can’t call her.” Later another lady came and said that Yulia is coming in 10 minutes (lies, she never came in 10 minutes). My husband and I have been their clients for years now, referred by a friend who is also a client. Alex and Yulia are very knowledgeable, and accommodating (I've been late filing the past two years). They get us every dollar that we're entitled to. We relocated to Delaware 2 years ago and still will remain their clients, no matter the distance. We'll continue to trust them with our taxes, as long as they're in business. I highly recommend this office!!

I was a permanent client for years and then switched for a couple of years only because I moved, for convenience. Let me tell you that I could never find the same diligence, education and support anywhere else that I’ve got used to being an YKAZ client! Not to mention the level of comfort knowing that it is done properly, with every question reviewed and assessed by the team!! I’m so happy to be back! It was refreshing talking to real knowledgeable professionals who also care- both Alex and Yulia.
