Yianni's Chatham House

Thanksgiving day buffet 60 dollars no drinks included. Most food was clearly not homemade/was cold. Very slow services especially since it was just drinks and clearing dishes, many plates were never cleared. Automaticly added 20 percent gratuity for very little. Wouldn't do different checks for 15+ people. Made us divide the check amoung ourselves which was inconsiderate and awkward since the cost of the buffet was not clearly communicated. Overall mediocre food, poor service, inconsiderate payment. Decorations were classy, everything else was not, especially for the price.

We brought a group of 17 to Yianni’s on Saturday evening for a celebratory dinner. We had gathered old friends together for a vow renewal for my wife and I, and an unofficial college reunion. Some of the attendees we hadn’t seen in decades. Your wait staff was fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious! Kudos to the kitchen, who pulled it all off with style. Freshly baked bread, oysters, well prepared and presented appetizers and mains, fantastic seasonal cocktails, and just the perfect ambience. Thank you for making our little gathering a success and helping us to create more lasting memories. Huzzah!

This has become our go to place. They have great straightforward stuff like burgers and fried chicken but then they have everything else! The menu is really extensive. Last night I had scallops with mac & cheese and it was ridiculous. My wife loved the fried chicken!

The location is charming with a cute outdoor patio. The menu has great options that are reasonably priced. The portion sizes are excellent and the food is good. The service was slow. We waited 10 minutes for the hostess and 10 for our server. Once food was ordered we waited another 45 minutes for two pasta dishes and a burger. Our server was friendly and competent however her role was also bartender to a full bar.

We started with the calamari it was very tender and it came with a milder spiced sauce and red cherry peppers and jalapeño peppers. My wife had the goat cheese and apple salad with arugula and salmon. She said it was delicious and I had the black and blue burger with bacon, avocado, tomato, and onion along with sweet potato fries. It was delicious if we come this way again we will definitely stop.
