Yewon

We had such a fantastic dinner here last night. I love that the food is literally still boiling when delivered to the table. The cool, crisp vegetable sides and ferments give your mouth a break. The variety of textures, spice, and flavors make the dining experience much more than just filling your belly. It’s a lovely sensory experience. Portion sizes are very large and made it very easy share with the table. We all said we plan to go again soon to try something new every time (but the tteokbokki will be ordered every time no matter what!)

Delicious korean food and bon chan! Service can be hard to get attention, I believe because of the light staffing. Other than that, all the dishes are well made to order.

The food was absolutely delicious!! I ordered the fried dumplings and beef bulgogi. The person I was with ordered combination fried rice. The dumplings were perfectly fried and came out so hot, when I bit into it, the juice inside burst out and burned my tongue. The beef bulgogi was plentiful, juicy and had lots of flavor. I was full after I ate all of it, plus an extra side of white rice. The fried rice was perfect and needed no additional soy sauce or anything. It was literally perfect as is. I will definitely be back.

I've come here a few times, and it's never bad. The soft tofu soup and banchan are delicious! I just tried their takeout, and the way they package your food is very thoughtful and stayed warm for a long time! Love Yewon. Even if it's a bit pricey, well worth it everytime. Good warm comfort food that's hard to find.

Went here at my daughter's request for dinner. I've never had much authentic Korean food. I tried the Chicken Dolsot Bibimbap. It came out extremely hot and it was also very spicy, a bit too much for my tastes. They offered some additional vegetables with the meal also. It was decent, but just not really my thing, no knock against Yewon. I did enjoy their fried chicken wings though! I thought the prices were on the high side, but you get a good amount of food, probably enough to take home.
