About Yeni’s Fusion (North Food Truck)
Authentic Indonesian and fusion cuisine. This is not fast food. I cook everything from scratch including sauces and some Indonesian food takes intensive labor. I hope you enjoy my food as much as I enjoy cooking it :) Love, Yeni

The Indonesian fried or grilled chicken was so delicious! It paired perfectly with the spicy sauce (forgot what it’s called) it came with; the peanut sauce was spot on too. The yellow rice that came with was 👍 I didn’t like the empal getong coconut cream with brisket: wish the portion was bigger and the soup had an exotic taste to it that I’m not familiar with nor a fan of. Overall, would recommend it and would come back to try other dishes! There’s only outdoor patio for dine-in but don’t recommend girls sitting alone since the surrounding area didn’t seem safe (to me).
Flavorful & wholesome!! We got the batagor/fried fish chicken wonton and the rendang/beef curry — both hit. The owner is really kind & wish them all the best!! :)
I freaking love this place and i wish i went more often. The food has been amazing from when this place first opened. When i first went there the dude taking orders was terrible, super rude and legit forgot my order, where the owner had to fire up the kitchen again because that bozo didn't want to do his job and the kitchen had already closed before receiving my food. I told she didn't have to but she went above and beyond. There was a week or two when the truck was open for lunch and thats when i last had that amazing goodness. I love the fish and the beef rendang, i felt like the coconut curry brisket soup could have been more flavor. I need to go back soon!
How could I not give a 5 star rating?! Food, delish, service was fantastic. A lil pissed I didn’t come sooner than I did. I’ve had this on my saved to go list for over a yr and I passed by at least 75x since adding it. Looking forward to returning!! I had the Indonesian fried chicken with rice n salad. Chicken was banginnn!!
Friendly little food truck. I stopped by to try their Ketan Hitam after it appeared in the New York Times best dessert list. It did not disappoint, a contrast of flavors and textures at first that blend together to a sweet melange. The food truck is located next to the owl bar with a few picnic tables alongside to enjoy something from both establishments. They share a small free parking lot. I look forward to trying more of their thoughtfully created food.
