We stayed here while exploring Yellowstone, bedroom was small, had to sidestep around queen size bed to get to my side. It was clean though and we there to sleep only. But, we couldn't say the owner/manager overly friendly or pleasant. Too bad we were here during a holiday which limited our choices. But we took a few pictures in the area but none of the lodge

We were very disappointed in this lodging. We had to share the bathroom with a Bat! It was flying around and was nasty. When we addressed this situation with management, they basically ignored the complaint. We did not have an adjustment on our rate or even an apology. We even emailed with pictures - but, even though they said they would get back to us within 48 hours, they did not. There were not enough outlets so surge protectors had a multitude of cords plugged into one outlet. Air conditioner did not cool the bedroom. Overall, worst motel experience ever.

If only there were 0 stars I'd give it to this establishment. Stay away from them if you don’t want you Yellowstone vacation ruined. This is the worst hotel experience I had in my life. First of all the place doesn’t allow children. We have never encountered such age discrimination in all my travels, but upon later reading we found out it is apparently legal. It’s especially odd for Yellowstone, since it is considered to be a family destination. After arriving with children by honest mistake we were treated very rudely as if we committed a crime. The reception guy threatened to call the police to throw me out. Later they agreed take a cash deposit of $500 to allow us to stay, while promising to return it later. During the stay we spent little time in the room, primarily during the night. W

This is by far my favorite place to stay at in the entire region. You get a tiny home, very clean, tastefully furnished with an organic bed and sheets and wonderful staff. I never gush about lodging but this is worth a good gush. Whoever did the interior design did a fantastic job because it feels homey and cozy. The walls are well insulated so you get a peaceful night rest. My only complaint was the water temperature in the shower but I like insanely hot water so you probably won't mind :-D

I had the best sleep on the bed in my room. This place is easy to find right on hwy 20 coming into West Yellowstone. It’s on a wooded lot and I can tell the gentleman mgr cares about the condition of the rooms. They are quaint and a lot of added touches to make your stay very pleasant. I’d recommend this place for a good nights rest and great accommodations.
