Yardley-Makefield Branch, Bucks County Free Library

This library is a gem for the county. I have always maintained that some of my favorite people are librarians, and this group is no exception!

Love this library. We appreciate all the programs that the library provides. Our favorite is baby story time. Ken is wonderful! He creates such a positive, loving, fun time for the babies. It’s wonderful to see the group grow and become friends with others from the community. ❤️

I love going to this library. I usually study at the desks. Sometimes it’s hard to get a booth cause there’s only 2 but there are tons of other places to work. They also have conference rooms and study rooms. The children’s sections is also pretty good, sometimes it can get a little loud with the kids but they’re off on the other side of the library. The librarians are always so nice and they host a bunch of mini events including a book club.

We love baby story time with librarian Mr. Ken! He reads fun books, the kids play with "shaker eggs," and we sing songs. We're so glad we found this community of parents, grandparents and caregivers. Ken makes everyone feel welcome, inspiring a love of books and libraries in the next generation. Thank you, Ken!

I donated a boatload of paperback books to this library. I didn't count the exact number, but I estimate maybe 100 books. They were in perfect condition & most of them were fairly recent releases. I was unable to get there during business hours. So I inserted them into the book drop on the property. I followed up with a phone call. Instead of receiving thanks, I was reprimanded for not following proper protocol. I will never ever donate another thing to this library. They're ungrateful.
