I am so happy I found this place! I was on a trip down the coast, and I was craving some Chinese food. After a little research, I came across Yan Flower. I ordered the potstickers and lunch combo B1 (orange chicken, chicken fried rice, chicken chow mein, and one egg roll) online. It was ready within 10 minutes, and when I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly woman. She really made the experience great with her warm, cheerful attitude. I didn’t realize how much food I had ordered because I got enough for about 3-4 meals for only $28. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in Santa Cruz.

Yan Flower is truly an exceptional dining experience. The food was, without question, the best Chinese cuisine I have ever had—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Beyond the outstanding dishes, the service made the visit even more memorable. The ladies working there were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, creating a warm and genuine atmosphere. The restaurant itself was comfortable and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. I cannot recommend Yan Flower highly enough and will absolutely be returning.

A few weeks ago I saw Yan Flower's reviews which encouraged me to try it out. The order was a take out and being the first time it was hard to make a choice. The waitress/cashier asked a few times was I ready to order. When I explained that this was my first time and how I chose to patronize this restaurant because of the high reviews, she became very helpful and patient. The food was excellent. I'm going back today. This is the BEST, BEST, BEST Chinese Restaurant from Monterey County to Santa Cruz County. I plan to go at least 1 or 2 times a months.... don't want to over do it.
