Yama Sushi

Food was ok not a lot of flavor. It was very warm inside the restaurant. The tuna on top of the sushi roll looked gross to me but my husband said it was good. I loved the mango rolls

Decided to try this place since it’s closer to me than Chopstix. I ordered the dynamite roll and paid $11 for it. When I received my order, it felt light so I knew it was off. I checked it in the car, instantly annoyed. Why was this $11? Six small pieces and barely any sauce. I should’ve known better, there was no picture of this roll online and now I see why. I gave in and went to chopstix.

The best and favorite sushi. Nice folks highly recommended my favorite place. I can stay here every day.

I’ve been to this establishment many times and in the past it’s been good. Tonight i took my son to get sushi and we received our sushi and it smelled like straight ammonia and old. It made my son physically ill while eating it. I asked the waitress if she could please take it off the bill and due to it smelling and not tasting great and she said oh well we put vinegar in our rice. I said okay , she had the owner come over and i told him i wasn’t happy with the sushi and the quality. He said well it’s made the same everywhere and gave me attitude about not enjoying it. I asked him if he could please take it off the bill and i would pay for my other food. He proceeds to say i can only take off $20. I said that’s fine. Delicious sushi and good prices. Their Thai iced tea is amazing. Due to Covid at the moment you cannot fine I’m so just be aware of that. Great little place, the wife (who is insanely picky) will be going back again for sure.
