Yakimono

Though you get a good portion of food, it lacks seasoning. (Oh my those jumbo shrimp!) The chicken, brown rice, and vegetables were too bland. The shrimp is the only thing that had a hint of seasoning. Depending on your preference, you may want your veggies steamed softer instead of slightly crunchy.

Yakisoba was perfect! The beef was so tender and tasty. Affordable Japanese hibachi and sushi. They served a flavorful miso to start the meal. The cook at the grill is visible to the entire seating area, and it is so cool watching him! Nice variety of sushi, the Trio Roll is just the right amount of spicy (see photos). I will definitely be back!

We went last night and loved this place! Friendly, clean, professional and food is made to order. I was only in there for about 15 minutes (to go order) and in that time I watched the cook talk to two families he seemed very familiar with. He knew both of their names, I was extremely impressed with the hospitality.

This is a family owned and operated restaurant. The food is outstanding, restaurant is clean and the prices are great. It is informal. You could pay more elsewhere (although Oklahoma City is not necessarily "awash" with Japanese Restaurants), but you won't find better Japanese Food. The Owner does the cooking, and his wife runs the cash register. If you don't visit this restaurant, you are missing out.
