This is my go to guy from now on! I called around trying to find someone for notary and oddly, it started out very stressful. I was assisting with a DPOA and one so called notary said, "This sounds like a closing." How are you going to tell me what documents I am trying to get notarized? If it is a closing, I would simply say it is a closing. A person looking for a mobile notary wants promptness and convenience and probably is a super busy person who does not waste the time of others and don't appreciate their time being wasted.
