I’m visiting NYC on a work trip from California, and I didn’t realize how much I was craving something that felt a little like home until I ate here 🥹 I had the N2 Spicy & Tingly Beef Muscle Hand-Ripped Noodles, F4 Spicy & Sour Lamb Dumplings, and the L2 cucumber salad, and honestly, I was so satisfied. Let’s start with the noodles 🍜 They’re thick, chewy, and super bouncy — literally my favorite kind of noodle. The hand-ripped texture really comes through, and every bite had that satisfying chew I’m always looking for. This is 100% my noodle type. I’m not Chinese, but I’ve had a lot of Chinese food in LA, so this didn’t feel unfamiliar at all. I have been eating here for years and absolutely love the food. The spicy cumin lamb noodles are so flavorful. Service is fast and seating is plentiful. Check out their Flushing Tangram location as well.

One of my favorite spots to get lunch! Delicious noodles, have been visiting different locations for over ten years! Although most entrees contain meat they have three vegan options and two vegan sides. Highly recommend stir fried noodles and tofu custard!

Excellent value. Very quick and convenient meal with great flavor. Cucumber salad and lamb dumplings both had great flavor, but the dumplings were luke warm and could’ve been hotter.
