W&T Seafood (旺通海鲜公司)

Excellent service, packaging, and product!! I placed an order for my family event by phone. During the entire process, W&T Seafood/Element Seafood provided excellent service from customer service to pick-up service. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. After picking up, the box did not leak a drop of water nor smell muddy during an hour and a half driving. Upon the serving time, oysters were still fresh and matching the given descriptions. My family LOVES the oysters. I would recommend this place for others who want to purchase raw oysters in New York City.

The place was nice and clean the waitress was nice and food was nice(and fresh) however I’m not going to give it 5 stars because I along with another person ordered what was called a 2 person meal which costed $25, it was very delicious however there was only two of everything, this consisted of 2 oysters, 2 clams, 2 shrimp, 2 jumbo lump crab, and 2 ceviche. Which is only 5 little thing that did not even come close to filling us up even though it is there second most expensive meal and says “for two”. Once again I must say the food was good and fresh however this was ridicules to me. Nevertheless they do have good deals such as the half dozen clams for $7 which is an easy $14 fill up. My only other complaint is the potatoes in the clam chowder could have been boiled a little more.

great fresh oysters love this place for getting a party sized order. always super nice to me even though my orders are small and they generally sell by the truck full.
