First time I've ever left a negative review let alone one star. This was like the small plastic clamshell container a restaurant gives you to take one slice of cake home, with microwaved rice and two small Bao in it. When I say microwaved I mean it. Outside is wet and soggy, instead tasted like a stale bread (ie, microwaved) the rice was microwaved, and whatever meat was supposed to be inside wouldn't fill a spoon and tasted like nothing. This is equal to, or worse, than the weird generic brand of frozen microwavable food that you'd buy at Walmart when it's 11pm after a 16 hour shift and you just desperately need food, and then you get home and it's not enough. It's not good. It might even make you feel ill. It smells like dyes and preservatives. And you go to bed still hungry, after eat

Waste of money you will be hungry still and can find better in any grocery store. Ordered three different chicken combos all had five very tiny burnt dry pieces of chicken and rice was mushy and gross definitely frozen food just heated up but then sitting out. How do you mess up rice. Very tiny portions three combos barely enough to feed two people. Spent 60$ and we won’t even eat this it’s gross and when I say dry it’s crunching. Teriyaki and orange chicken shouldn’t not be burnt and crunchy. Place is a scam wish I checked the reviews first

As others have said this is a ghost kitchen run by Wow Bao through TGI Fridays. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and disregard all the bad reviews. I’ve grown up with fresh home made bao and just had that craving. This isn’t a knock on TGI Fridays as they are operating under an agreement. Having had TGI Fridays food in the past, I’d say their cooking of Wow Bao foods is limited to the constraints of an unsteady customer base and frozen supplies. I’ve been told by TGI Fridays this operation has been ongoing for over a year. If this food is representative of Wow Bao’s quality and business model I’d be ashamed to work for their leadership. TGI Friday’s food is markedly better than what I just received. Service from TGI Fridays was nice, very cordial and accommodating staff.

portions so small it should be illegal was the first thought when my delivery arrived..I can honestly say this is the most bland food i’ve ordered all year , don’t waste your money truly horrible food..NEVER AGAIN

Ordered this through Uber eats and I was concerned because of all the reviews. I had it at the airport before and it was pretty good so I gave it a shot. Genuinely it tasted good. All food was heated correctly and did not taste freezer burnt or anything. The bao wasn't hard like some other people have said. Unsure if I just got lucky this time or if other people had waited too long to pick up their orders? And yes, apparently this is run out of TGI Fridays kitchen. I got this at like 8: 00pm on a Sunday night and genuinely I'm super happy with the food. If you think that portion size is too small for you then I would order something else. I enjoy the food so I don't mind.
