Woods Hole Inn

I stayed at the Inn for a writer's retreat in Feb 2026, and the service from the staff went above and beyond. When I arrived I was warmly greeted and given a tour of the Inn. At breakfast they assured that every guest had exactly what they wanted and took special orders. When there was a snowstorm the staff cleared off all of our cars! I highly recommend this special place.

I stayed at the Woods Hole Inn for 2 nights while participating in the Cape Cod Half Marathon. The location was fantastic! Less than 5 miles to get to the event, easy access to the Shining Sea bike path, and lots of great places to eat in walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. They provided very nice grab and go breakfast items early Saturday morning before the big race and a wonderful full breakfast on Sunday. It was the perfect place for my race weekend! Thank you Woods Hole Inn for making my stay so easy and fun!

What a lovely place to stay. A quaint in with some lovely public rooms. Our beautifully decorated bedrooms had everything we could wish for including tea and coffee facilities, fresh water and a fridge. Home made biscuits were available in the afternoon and the price include a delicious breakfast with lots of homemade goodies. Debbie, who looked after us, was a great host. There is even a nice outside sitting place to look over towards the sea and on site parking. Woods Hole itself is also a lovely place to stay for a few days with nearby beaches, great pubs and restaurants and if course the ferry to Marth's Vineyard.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights taking advantage of The Woods Hole Inn very generous offer through B & B for Vets. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful.|Breakfasts were delicious. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The location is in the heart of Woods Hole and convenient to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and local restaurants and shops.

I loved my unexpected stay at the Woods Hole Inn. All the years I've been traveling to the Vineyard, I haven't stayed at the Inn once. They were so sweet and accommodating in arranging a last minute room for me after travel plans were thwarted due to weather. The Inn is cozy, friendly, helpful, fun and happy. I'll go back any chance I get.
