Wood-Ridge Memorial Library

Great library. Been coming here for years. Excellent selection. Bring in new books often. Staff is very friendly and personable. Quiet and cozy library located right on Hackensack Street in WR. Always enjoy coming in to browse around and select some new reading materials and media items. Plenty of children materials for the kids too. Wonderful place all around.

This place is the best. Starting from the top Erin is awesome and such a sweetheart. Rest of the staff is so kind and very welcoming. Place is always neat and organized and has so many books to choose you can’t go wrong!

Small library with a limited amount of items. According to the librarian at my latest visit, Wood-Ridge Memorial Library is no longer a BCCLS library; however, when I used one of their computers as a guest, I saw BCCLS displayed on the computer background. Maybe it's just out of date, like its DVD collection. The bathroom had a fully stocked tampon room -- I mean, bathroom. Both bathrooms were converted into unisex. There were no paper towels, but there were tampons and pads available for free, via a brand new free vending machine. So wasteful!! The items haven't changed or grown much since I've been there plenty of times over the past decade. I don't recommend this library, but Buffalo's down the street is tasty! Be careful with the one hour parking as well!

They have a bunch of great books and it’s so colorful inside and I have video games

Charming, well tended library with excellent staff and good hours. I've forgotten the "Art" of the public libraries, but it was easy to stroll in and get a card. They're part of BCCLS, so number of resources available on digital platforms is phenomenal. I have more reads for my kindle and audio titles for morning traffic commute than my heart desires. Pleasant bonus is museum passes for NY/NJ free admissions. Amazing gem!!
