Been using them for about two years now pellets come on time. They place them wherever you want them. Out of atleast 10 tons I havent had a junk bag yet. Excellent service. Easy to order. Wood Pellet Warehouse is AMAZING! The Customer Service is the best I've ever experienced. I recently ordered pellets I wasn't super excited about, and they sent someone out with other pellets for me to try! Seriously! Their customer service is beyond the best! I will only order from them. TOP NOTCH!

My mother and I have been getting pellets from James Barker at the wood pellet warehouse for over 3 years now. Amazing service. they are quick. It was less then 8 days from when I ordered till they were in my garage. Bags in great shape. Staff is happy to answer any questions. Best prices around. THEY BRING THE HEAT!!!!

Update: they reached out to me directly to move them at a quicker date and bring pellets to make up for what was lost. Appreciate them for making things right. ——————————————————————— Really disappointed with this company, I ordered to them before with no issues, they delivered to the wrong apt. Didn’t even call to let us know they were on the way, dropped it at the wrong apartment and the neighbors got into the pellets. I asked for a reimbursement,discount or replacement of the bags and they’re being highly uncooperative about it. You messed up. It’s your job to make it right not the customer. I give them 2 stars as the first time they dropped it off right the first time and was an overall pleasant experience. If they actually make things right I will update this review.

These guys have great communication if you have it with them, and are willing to switch out wet pellets if you have them. Just gotta let them know. They’re pretty quick on delivery as well, or they were for us.
