Do not take your animals here to be processed. We sent our American Yorkshire here last Monday and got her back today. Not too bad of a turn-around time!!! but got told they'd be starting multiple times and they'd call us the next day when they did get started. never got calls, had to keep calling just to be told they put it off again and again. We wanted bacon & Chorizo but didn't get either... though they are on our intake form? The butcher Justin is putting words into our mouth and really is just lying about the conversation my husband and I had together on Friday over the phone with him. he moaned and groaned like a 7 year old over and over when I asked him why it's on our intake form and not in our freezer?!?! almost afraid to take the belly back to them to be sent off for bacon- this
