Wonder Park Slope

Last night, I had one of the most amazing experiences at Wonder in Park Slope! 🌟 I brought a few friends and we were blown away—not just by the food (which was absolutely delicious), but by the kindness and support of the night team on Tuesday. They helped us download the app, walked us through our promo codes, guided us on what to order, and made everything feel seamless. And then—surprise!—they treated us to Magnolia Bakery pudding and Melissa’s cupcakes as a thank-you for our big orders. That kind of thoughtful hospitality is rare. I've order a few times and the idea is good but they make mistakes. The first time I ever ordered at Wonder they were missing the tortillas from the nachos, got a refund via UberEats. Today, I ordered a pork lomein on their website, there was NO PORK. I always check my order before leaving but starting from now I'll have to open the boxes and containers to check if there's food inside.

I ordered a poke bowl and the salmon was basically frozen. I could taste the ice as I chewed. Other than that, the food was good and the place is nice. There is never anyone at the register, and while I was waiting for my food, I witnessed several other people come in and tried to yell to the back to ask if anyone could come to the counter. I did not see anyone respond, so customers just picked up bags off the shelf and left.

Just discovered Wonder in Park Slope and honestly wasn't sure what to expect from the concept. The food quality blew me away though - everything is made with fresh ingredients and cooked to order right there. Got items from a few different menus and each one tasted like it came from a proper sit-down restaurant. For a delivery-focused place, it's always been phenomenal every time I've ordered since finding them.

Was totally expecting reheated garbage when I first ordered from Wonder Park Slope. Boy was I wrong. Everything comes out incredibly hot and fresh - the steak was perfectly medium-rare, fries stayed crispy, and even the salad greens weren't wilted. Been ordering regularly for months now and it's always been phenomenal. Way better than spending $50+ per person at restaurants where you still tip 20%.
