Wolfe City Public Library

This is a great little small town public library, y'all! The staff was very nice and helpful 😄 It was my first time here and the nice lady that was there whenever I first made it in was very nice and helpful. The library itself used to be the old train station here in Wolfe City and they moved it here from on down the road! I just loved this little Library! They have an upstairs where they keep the books and everything that they sale in the book sale to support funding the library. It is a non-profit library and they do not charge for the library cards whenever you get one! I lost track of time whenever I was just in there and stayed until closing time. At closing since it is the first Monday of the month, a group of Ladies came in and they were meeting to discuss new ideas to raise money

Thanks for the photos posted on this site. I feel that I would miss one of the highlights of Wolfe City if I passed up this wonderful historic train station and library.

Its a nice library, not real busy and the lady knows her way around it too. I think she was librarian when I was a child.

This is a run down mobile home, NOT the Wolfe City Public Library. The Wolfe City Public Library is a mile away.

Very knowledgeable volunteers, great public computers to access the internet.
