Wok Teriyaki IX

A gem in the middle of a strip mall. We stoped in spontaneously after shopping and were happy to see vegetarian options. Their tofu teriyaki dish was generously portioned and very tasty! As was the tofu fried rice dish. Also very flavorful and plentiful. The egg soup and hot tea were welcome on a cold rainy day. Atmosphere was welcoming. Clean tables and surroundings, and friendly service. Will come back!

I was hungry and I forgot my lunch so I got food here for takeout. Food came with a side salad and I ordered the lunch special chicken teriyaki and katsu. The meal was delicious to say the least.

Oh my gosh! You have got to try this place….on second thought, maybe not because then it will be too busy and I won’t be able to get a seat. Their food is absolutely amazing! We were seated quickly and I really liked the atmosphere. They were playing soft jazz music, which was really nice. The waiter was very friendly and helpful when we were asking about the menu. I ended up ordering the Teriyaki Tofu and my husband got the Kung Pao Tofu, which was wonderful. The tofu was in little bite size pieces and super crispy. The sauce was so good and I wanted to eat the whole plate. The prices were also very reasonable, which is much appreciated. I will definitely come back here again!

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered chicken wings, an avocado roll, and gyoza. The gyoza was excellent, but unfortunately the rest was not. The chicken wings were completely flavorless, and the ranch dressing tasted like plain bottled ranch with no seasoning at all. The avocado roll came with crab meat, which was not mentioned clearly, and I cannot eat seafood. I called the restaurant immediately to explain this, but the response I received was rude and dismissive. I was told, “Of course it has seafood, it’s a sushi roll,” and no effort was made to help or offer a solution. Mistakes can happen, but customer service matters. This experience showed a lack of care for customer concerns. I would not return based on how this situation was handled.

This place is EXCELLENT! I definitely recommend it. My kids (and husband) are picky eaters, but this place always has them licking their plates 😆. They give you a cup of soup to start with every meal before your plate arrives. And if u ask for hot tea, it’s free.
