I requested some help with my older Pasquini Livia 90 espresso machine due to a water leak. The staff at WNY Coffee Tech Solutions, specifically James Benders rose to the occasion. He found the problem, replaced the broken part as well as providing a much needed maintenance review (sorely needed) as parts, particularly gaskets need periodic replacement. I was/am pleased with the entire service as well as its cost. quite reasonable. Their business (WNY Coffee Tech Solutions) has an unassuming storefront which belies the larger and extensive service areas. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their espresso machine.

Uncommunicative at the best of times, "fixed" a steam wand, left it still leaking and missing a nut in the steam valve
