WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

I will never order from this location again. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with DoorDash. I ordered two 10-piece wing combo meals. One box had only nine wings, the other had eight, and it was clear someone had eaten some of my fries in both boxes. My Diet Coke was in the bag, but my Orange Fanta was missing. DoorDash only refunded $15 out of the $40 I spent. At this point, I don’t know if the driver ate my food or if it happened at the restaurant, but the order was completely unacceptable. I have never experienced anything like this, and I’m extremely disappointed.

Overcharged me. I knew he was but cuz of my daughter I paid anyways. I ordered 6wings and shrimp fried rice he charged me $18!!! Crooks I’ll never go back. American wings and hibachi is way better and better pricing they don’t try to scam you!

I love WNBF, but this location gave me the worst food I ever had from there. I ordered a fee items and they were okay in comparison to the other locations. My main issue what my garlic parm tenders were full of grease and barely had any sauce.

This was my first time trying WNB and the food was so good and the atmosphere was chill. Makeda provided us with great service. Thank you.

I order a turkey burger combo only to receive a burger combo I ask for certain condiments not to be placed on my sandwich but the item that wasn’t supposed to be on the sandwich was on it . When I said something to the employee she get upset so I ask for a refund the manager came and told me not to come back but it’s on the receipt but it was placed on my sandwich. I ask for a turkey burger but I got a regular burger
