WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

I ordered two burgers from Wing And Burger Factory today and the pictures below show you the quality that they offer at the restaurant in Houston West Jackson Crossing. It is absolutely disgusting. I called the store ended up speaking to the manager who told me next time to alter my order because her employees weren’t paying attention because it’s a busy day, which is absolutely unacceptable. Please order from this store with caution. This is not the first issue I have had with the quality of food from this restaurant and the manager on duty today which is Sunday, 14 September should really reevaluate her responses to paying customers shame on you, Wing And Burger.

This WNB Wings is better than ever. The new owners were incredibly nice, accommodating, and genuinely great to talk to. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the experience they’re creating here. The food was well made, wings cooked just right. Everything felt welcoming and well run by them. This location is slowely out doing the others in the area. If you haven’t been in since the new owners took over, it’s definitely worth the visit. Highly recommend

Ordered off uber eat but have eaten there before and am never satisfied. The order is never correct, the chicken is always dry or undercooked, and not worth the price. The only thing worth eating is the cheese steak egg roll and it's overpriced big time. Plus you will spend more than 35 minutes ordering and waiting on the food...only to be unhappy with the result.

Mid at best. I ordered in the store and waited a while to get the food. No problem, love freshly made food. My burger was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melting. The wings were hot but the onion rings were soggy, floppy, and just gross.

I really enjoyed the first experience to this location. The staff were all friendly and helpful with choosing my food. We ordered the classic lemon pepper, honey hot and the fan favorite BBQ. Will try the other food options like the burgers and smoothies soon
