I got charged out of the blue, no email, no notifications, Not even a normal monthly bill. It was about half the cost of my normal bill. Trying to find out who approved this charge, not on any auto payment, just woke up with a notification saying that wm took a half bill out of my bank account. Now I can’t get a person on the phone to explain why/for what did I get charged for. Just automated website with unanswered questions.

I'm torn between great and poor. Their service is great, always picking up on scheduled days and notifying in advance of any changes. It's disappointing that prices continue to increase with a more than $6 fuel surcharge. It's disheartening to see prices continue to escalate when cost of living increases are so small. They pick up twice a week but we only need once a week service. There is no option for a reduction in price for a once a week pick up. They don't offer once a week pickup service.

I've never had any problems with pick-ups. If they are going to be late, they will let you know. I have no complaints,' everything is going well, except my bill.

Keep getting charged overflow fees for simply having trash in my trash can. Can never get ahold of a live agent, and lord forbid they pass me as im right there bringing them the trash, its $120 fee which is over 4 months worth of trash service, just for 1 pickup.

I called twice regarding my monthly charge increasing every month. The first time I called it took 10 minutes to get to talk to somebody who could do something about it and they dropped the line. The second time it took 15 to 20 minutes to get through to somebody who promised to do a lock-in set price for 2 years. I got my monthly bill and it was a dollar more than last month's which is why I called in the first place. I'm looking for another waste Disposal Company. Also they do not offer recycling here where we have so much wildlife to protect. We have to go to another company and pay another fee just to recycle our items. Very very disappointed in Waste Management. We had them over 30 years in Albuquerque and had no problems whatsoever. We're here 3 years and our bill has gone up month a
