Wingstop

I’ve got a 30 minute drive ahead but my fries already have chz on them. Every other place usually places the chz on the side to prevent it from making a mess and getting soggy. 1star is definitely fair for some fries that can’t be re heated.

Horrible experience. The chicken was cold, bone-dry, and overcookedso crispy it was hard to chew. Absolutely no juiciness or flavor at all. The fries were completely drowned in seasoning and insanely salty, to the point they were inedible. On top of that, my order was WRONG. I paid for 15 wings and only received 10. Cold food, bad quality, and missing itemsthis was a total waste of money. Do better.

Visited this location for the first time today at lunch. They were relatively busy with a few tables waiting for their order and had a steady flow of delivery drivers that came in to pick up orders while we waited for our order. The young man that took our order was pleasant and friendly. We spent about $40 on two bone-in combo meals, which seemed higher than I remember but prices have been going up everywhere. We waited about 20 minutes for our food which felt like a long time, but the standard wait for an online order is 16-20 minutes. Knowing that and that it was lunch time, the wait really wasn’t too bad, we were just really hungry. They have one of those coke machines where you have like 10,000 options, which is nice lol Our wings were just as we ordered!! Original hot, garlic parmesa

Worst experience of my life. I placed an order online for pick up around 10:30pm. We had just gotten home from a soccer game and we were craving wings so thought Wingstop. I placed a $95 order and when we picked it up and brought it home we were so disappointed. Livid. We had wings that were not even seasoned. They were DRY AND PLAIN. We did not have any hot honey rub, or lemon pepper wings. Our tenders WERE NOT EVEN TOSSED. They had the sauce just poured on top, they weren’t even fully covered. Our fries were not extra crispy and the seasoning was just added on top very clearly not tossed. We got a bunch of balls of breading. It all looked terrible. I understand that they close at 11 but definitely not a reason to produce this time of quality food. Never again. We have written a complaint

So I was very disappointed with everything at Wingstop tonight I most generally go to the Huntsville location Tonight I went to the Willis location when I ordered my food online and said wait time was 15 minutes. About 3 minutes after I placed my order I had went inside and told the gentleman at the cash register to please make sure and let them know that everything on the order supposed to be well done I then sat inside for 25 to 30 minutes which I was okay with I was like well not a big deal after getting my food I then checked my food I had two regular fries which were supposed to both be larges I was missing one of my wings, And nothing was well done fries or wings I also did not get the extra seasoning on my fries when I asked about the size of my fries the guy at the front the cashie
