Wingstop

Well "Wing Day 2024" has come and gone. Here's a quick rundown of my experience at this Wingstop location. Corporate/Franchisee: I am happy they didn't run out of wings (like that Popeyes in Rochester, NY) because those online orders came coming all day long. However it appears that the local franchisee is notorious for understaffing this location. On this night there were only 2 cooks and one on register duty. Other reviews have said that even on weekends there is only one cook on shift. They should have had 3 cooks on shift during National Wing Day. Employees: Big, huge, and well deserved shoutout to Judith and the rest of the staff at this location. They were clearly overwhelmed with the sheer amount of orders but they maintained their composure. Judith remained professional and greet

Wingstop on crenshaw is the place to go everything's right, I do not like to guess what,,My chicken's going to be like, I found my new Wingstop and I'm telling everybody about it, it's everything,I'm looking for, you're a lot of wing stops in the South Bay.\nI want my chicken to be right, there's a lot of wingstops, that aren't making it right. The Wingstop, that's on Crenshaw, makes it tinder, crispy and juicy.

Ordered pick up for Super Bowl. Figured it would be a little busy but they had everything streamlined and service was quick

I ordered 30 classic wings and they only gave me 20 wings. I live 20 minutes away so when I got home I tried to call to get the order corrected or a refund but nobody would answer the phone even though they wouldn't close for a few hours. I ordered online so the details of thr order were clear but this is clearly negligence of the staff and a lack of accountability. I won't be returning.
