Wingstop

I’m just disappointed at how my chicken came out, I ordered it to be well done and some were well done while a majority of my flats were not. The staff was fine but some of my wings weren’t cooked all the way through

Did a door dash pick up at this place & was surprised at how slow & bad the service was especially since they had about 15 people in the kitchen. I presume it was busy inside before I arrived at 9:30pm but when I entered there were many tables open but the take-out/delivery screen had many orders including mine that was ‘order received’ which means have not even started working on it. I had 2 picks one at a stop & shop so that took about 10min & then I had to drive about 8 miles to get to this Wingstop that took me 13min so I was hoping it would be done by the time I arrived. Nope, I ended up waiting in there another 35min for an order of 10pc wings & a drink. Ontop of that the ice machine ran out of ice as soon as they handed me the cup & I noticed a lot of workers constantly getting drin

Went soon after they opened for an early lunch and it was great. Anthony was super friendly and made great recommendations (we're wingstop newbs) and the food was super fresh and delicious. We'll definitely be back.

Honest to god worst wings I’ve ever had I’m my life. Garlic parm tasted like water and leaked out the bag. Fries were over salted and soggy and under cooked. Food was eaten within 5 minuets aftaer pick up. Hopefully I’m not sick from the wings but the bone isn’t promising.

This new location will definitely need time to settle in. Our first time, we placed an online order & even 40 minutes later, the order still wasn’t started. I had to request a refund. That same day, walk-ins were being told the wait was 45 minutes. It’s insanely busy during weekends, which makes sense as they just opened. It’s just pure chaos though. Our second time, on a less busy weekday, the wings were just a complete miss. I guess I ordered plain wings because the lack of lemon pepper seasoning was obvious. I included a photo of a Wingstop order from another location with the perfect amount of lemon pepper seasoning for reference. Although the cashiers are friendly, I hope they do better going forward. I personally will not return.
