Liars!!!!! I ordered a hot honey glaze. I did not want the dry rub. I repeated multiple times that if the glaze wasn't available I'd get something else. I get home 20 min away. I opened sandwich to discover a dry breast with dry rub. After looking g online. It has been discontinued months ago. Why lie?? I paid for everyone food and spent over $40 and didn't even get to eat. I CANT STAND DRY RUB. I like it saucy..

Ordered for a pick-up at 6:45PM. Arrived at 6:30. Asked multiple times where the order was around 7PM, was told to wait. Asked at 7:15, told to wait, asked again at 7:30 and was told they just started making the order to wait an additional 20 minutes. No reason to order in advance as they don't value their customers time who paid 100$. Last time ordering from this location.

Beware. Ordered 2 20 boneless wings and fries deals. Arrived home and realized they did not include the fries. Called the restaurant, they told to come back at a later day. I did. The manager did not fulfill the order mistake. Avoid this location.

I visited Wingstop last night at approximately 11:15 PM and had an extremely bad experience. I ordered a meal that came with two drinks. When I went to the area where the lids for the drinks are located, the place was disgusting and smelled like urine, similar to a back alley. When I mentioned this to one of the employees, I was completely ignored. The gentleman sitting at a nearby table, who I believe to be the manager, was preoccupied with some paperwork and did nothing to address the issue. He claimed they were about to clean the area, but there is no excuse for a restaurant to be in such a condition or to have that smell.
