Wingstop

I cant eat bone-in wings so I ordered boneless spent 40$ and they gave me bonein wings which i cant eat because i have diverticulosis and they have skin on them. They did NOT answer the phone & I would love for them to reach back out and make it right. I will be going back in the morning to explain this or cancel the entire charge.

I ordered a 10 piece regular bbq boneless wings. Someone must hate their jobs down there, this location never gives you what you payed for 👎 if I wanted it plain, I would have ordered it plain!! Clearly there is no manager, probably just a bunch of kids playing in the back.

Went to this place with family for the first time. 1. The staff helping us with the order was fine. 2. Restaurant could use some room freshener, the floor was slippery though I was wearing an air max 3. Toilet was nice and big but does need some fresheners in the toilet. 4. Dining tables were not cleaned still could see seasoning and crumbs on the table 5. No trash can inside the restaurant 6. We ordered 15 piece boneless wings (Lemon Pepper & hot honey) and fries. 7. Wings was oily, Lemon Pepper was too salty. Hot Honey did not have any flavor to it and was way too oily.. 8. Not worth the wait time 25 mins for this order 9. I am still hopeful that there are flavors that may be good so not cancelling this place from my list.. 10. Wingstop has a lot of potential to become the McD of wings

Put an online order in and had my daughter go pick it up. Ofc my 4 tenders are nowhere to be seen. Sit on hold for 15 minutes only to be told my tenders were put in a separate bag and are sitting there. No further customer service, no refund offer for them, or even an offer to cook my food fresh since it's now been over 30 mins. This place hires kids who stand around and literally don't do their jobs, but can have phones in their hands and be messing around all the time. No option in my email to get help, ask for partial refund or nothing. Girl who answered phone just says "Oh sorry". My daughter said everyone was standing around no one helped her she had to stand there going thru bags of orders to find ours. Wouldn't have thought you'd put one order in 2 bags when it was 3 items. Waste of

Literally just wrote a review for Wingstop on cornhusker in Bellevue how horrible they were. I only go to Wingstop on 72nd. The wings are always crispy and fresh and just so good. I couldn’t stop thinking about Wingstop so I went this morning. These wings are so perfect. I would like to say the crew on 72nd Is the best !! chicken is so good thank you for redeeming yourself. Don’t ever go to the one on cornhusker if you Like good Wingstop Wish I would’ve got a picture of my Wingstop on Saturday from the one on cornhusker doesn’t even look like it’s sent came from the same company smh thank you again 72nd!
