Wingstop

I just got home, opened my container, placed it on a plastic plate, and immediately noticed a long piece of hair inside. Additionally, one of the workers was rude. The area where they store the straws and lids is a total mess. This establishment clearly needs new management; it's time to fire everyone and start fresh. I will not be returning.

Don't eat here. Just don't. It took 45 minutes for my order that was supposed to be ready in 7-12 minutes. The employee at the counter seemed confused when I gave my name, then walked back to the kitchen and never told me anything about the status of my order with his back to me. I just hoped that it was being made and luckily after 45 minutes, I was handed my order. My order which somehow had lukewarm wings even though they were *just* made, had a wrong size order of fries, and had at least one inedible boneless chicken with which was solid charred breading and perhaps a chicken bone inside, who knows. They also told one girl who walked in to place an order that they were only taking online orders. I'm not quite sure what that's about. I have no idea why this place exists and how it hasn'

we went as a group of 3 adults and one toddler and had such a wonderful experience. we went on a Saturday for lunch on a whim and had SUCH a lovely experience. the staff was SO friendly and kind. we literally walked out abd turned to each other and immediately started talking about how lovely it was. the food was delicious, but we were so happy with the service. it took our experience from good to great. i really hope the women working that day know they made our day.

The way it was prepared is not good. All chicken pieces are very tiny, pay for dipping and tasteless dinner. Bad choice of kitchen crews and service members Simply avoid and save $$$ WingClose!!!

So this wingstop needs to be closed down. Or need new management and workers because the customer service is TERRIBLE. I walked in today to grab my order for carry out and was not acknowledged whatsoever. I thought to myself okay they are busy and I’ll wait because I see my food on the counter I just need someone to hand it to me. So I was watching the football game on my phone to pass the time (standing at the carry out sign) and every minute I kind of look up to see if they are less busy so I can just say my food is right on the counter right there. And I keep seeing each of them continue to cook and work and look at me standing there and I start to think okay they might be about to come up here. Now at this point I’ve been standing for about 7 minutes and still haven’t been spoken to so
