our food was completely covered in oil and basically swimming in oil. and they denied us a refund.

My boyfriend and I tried calling to place an order for pick up and they never answered. Once we finally got to the restaurant to place the order the phone was consistently ringing the whole time, with their only being two customers inside none of the three employees bothered to answer the phone. I can understand if they were super busy but they were not. Upon placing our order one of the employees was super hateful, continuously asking " is that all ?" "Okay is that it for you" not giving my boyfriend a chance to finish the order. I'm very disappointed in the customer service. It's very evident the employees do not take their job seriously.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwichs plain with Hot Original sauce. Waited approximately 20 minutes for food and was handed 2 sandwiches with pickles and no sauce whatsoever. The employee then argued with me over the definition of "plain" instead of initially offering to remake them. It was only when I explained that if I wanted them without sauce I would not have asked for a sauce did he finally offer to remake them with an attitude.

Store is filthy, our online order wasn't even ready at the time of pick up and customer service is non existent. You always see the staff hangout outside in the back. How is this place still in business? I was excited to have them come out since we always enjoyed the one back home in CA but save your money and don't waste it unless you want to be disappointed like the rest of us.

i got a delivery which was fine but one of my boneless wings was raw or at least undercooked. yuck.
