We ordered garlic parmesan for delivery and there's not enough garlic parmesan sauce. They are being chinchy (tight) with the sauce. The wings are plain. Based on other reviews, they seem to have a tendency not to put the sauce on the wings. Please do better..🦋

If I could leave a zero I would! Now I can admit that I order food a little late before realizing what time they actually close. But I pull up right at 10 to get my food and a worker sees/hears me at the door and chooses to ignore me. I’m continuously knocking and she waves me off as if she doesn’t care. Mind yall my food is already made and waiting for me to pick it up. A finger to say one second goes a long way. But choosing to ignore me through a glass door is rude. Minutes go by and the phone is ringing but no one is answering. Finally the manger shows up hands me my food but really nothing else for the rude worker in the kitchen. Not even an apology for how I was treated. Customer service needs to be taught at this location because communication goes a long way. Even if they chose to

Ordered my food before 8: 00 o’clock wasn’t done until almost 8:45! Picked up my order got home to eat the chicken had no seasoning. It’s completely dry and u have all drumsticks like I asked for that…I did not. The only thing good about this food it’s the fries and that’s because I poured ketchup all over them. Cashed to speak with a manager edit said he’ll leave a note got the morning manager to process a refund but he wouldn’t give me a name of who I’ll need to speak with. The area is completely sketch the atmosphere of off. Smh that I even went here to this location.

I placed a order for a late pick-up. I made the order at about 12:15pm to be ready at 2:30pm. But I get to the store at 2pm and my order is already ready just sitting on a shelf cold. I had other things to do which is why I wanted a scheduled order so I couldn't wait until they fixed my order. I got home and noticed the fries were burnt and possibly recooked several times. I ordered mostly boneless wings with 1 order of bone-in wings but those were missing. It was a horrible experience and the food was nasty. luckily my dog enjoyed it. I believe they are targeting speed over quality or someone wasn't paying attention.

I specifically asked for well done winga. When she told me my wings would be done in 13 minutes I told her I wanted well done. Will there be extra cook time. Her response was "(I'll tell them in the back)". The mixed my chicken with them fries because my chicken is almost blond and my fries are a step from black.
