GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. food came so fast the fries were EXCELLENT AND CAME WITH A FREE DRINK

ordered last night when i got home and went to eat i was so disappointed. I ordered extra parmesan didn’t even get a sprinkle of parmesan and i waited until they were not busy to go inside i saw them cleaning up so it’s not like they were packed smh.

Justin running the cashier was great. 👍 I appreciated his hospitality towards each customer walking in. I enjoyed watching the open kitchen concept in this small store. The staff was communicative to the customers waiting for their orders. He/she would state a fresh batch of chicken is cooking now and would take about 15 mins. I believe this is a nice touch when surrounded by other people waiting for their orders. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The only downside at this location is the seatting arrangement. There are only 3 seats with one person having to stand by the window and a bench that seats 3/4 for people waiting on pick up orders. I order 10 piece (only wings) w Louisiana rub (5) and Hot honey Rub. 🍗💗 Keep up the great work Wingstop crew!! I hope the level of care and quality at this Wingstop stays c

Cierra and Mackandy were absolutely amazing. The service and the food were perfect. This is hands down the best Wingstop I’ve ever been to. They truly made me feel like family, and that kind of care and hospitality is rare. Outstanding experience all around.

When this location first opened it was wonderful. Unfortunately, the cracks are beginning to surface and every one of my last three orders has been incorrect. The lemon pepper sauce was non-existent, and although I asked for fries with light seasoning, they were covered in what seemed like extra seasoning. The friendliness of the staff has gone by the wayside with the accuracy of orders and not even a “thank you” is said by them. The last time my order was wrong, I tried calling to place a new order and the phone rang continuously until a machine came on saying the voicemail had not been set up. In total, with the amount of new chicken places opening up on Austin St., I hope this location gets back to their former glory self before they meet their demise.
