Wingstop

I love wingstop. The wings are always outstanding. The fries are great too. Did I make it up or does Wingstop have garlic parmesan fries? That was not an option when I ordered through Uber Eats, so I just got parmesan fries. The reason for the low rating is because I was staying in a hotel. When I opened my bag from WingStop which contained wings, fries, and a fountain drink, I noticed that they put no napkins or straw in my bag. Probably an oversight but with people ordering Uber Eats you never know what they have access to. Please ensure you double-checking your bags before sending them for delivery.

The wings were the most pathetic wings I have ever ordered. If I wanted plain chicken nuggets I would’ve gone to McDonalds.

We ordered quite a bit of food, and 3 out of the 4 sets of wings we ordered were wrong: wrong flavour, wrong count, wrong type. We didn't find this out until we got home. I get our order was big but come on, y'all, it was pretty straightforward. How do you miss 10 wings in a 15 piece?? The timing to get the food was to be expected, and the gentlemen on duty were courteous, but the errors we had with this order were problematic to say the least

Awful experience. My son walked in and placed an order. He was not told a time for pick up. He waited 20 minutes went inside to check. They said 15 more minutes. Fine. Waited. Came back. They have given the order away to some one else! Then they do not take accountability and suggest someone else from his party must have picked it up! I will be writing to corporate and requesting a full refund. No apologies no urgency to remake the order… awful.

Place my order, was told it would be ready in 15 mins. Then was told at 20mins they had no more wings cooked and no barbecue sauce. After 30 minutes and a watching others come in and place orders, get their order and leave, I still didn't have my order. I ask why is it taking so long and tge female on staff responded " you want the chicken cooked right". I finally got my order 4o minutes later with on apology.
