Wingstop

Decided to give them another chance and this time ordered the corn which was so salty it burnt my lips. Got the boneless wings instead of the bone-in which were okay. The way the celery came wrapped made me laugh and the fries weren't very good I asked for them well done and they were pretty soggy and I did get delivery which I understand but If they were well done, well done they shouldn't be undercooked like. Overall it was okay I was happy they did not mess up my order and I did get all my items cuz usually when I order takeout or delivery they miss something in general places.

This is a good place been here many times. I enjoy the folks working here and the efforts they make to keep it clean. A few things only two tables and the TV is very loud. The chicken sandwiches are good with fries, what would be amazing to take them up a bit in flavor would be to completely cover them with all sauces. As often they have little on one side or none at all (garlic parmigian and BBQ being the ones I have had the least sauce on). Overall I will continue to go to this location over the others I have been to in Allegheny County. Update 10/15/25: While I am unable to pinpoint specific alterations, I perceive a significant shift in the overall experience. I'm not sure what's going on with this place but when they first opened their wings were delicious. My last order was disgusting. The boneless wings were dry on the inside and barely had any sauce on them. I decided to give them one more try today and all the boneless wings were overcooked and dry, hardly any sauce on the outside again. The seasoned fries were wilted and tasted like they sat under a heat lamp all day then they just threw seasoning on them to freshen them up. The Cajun corn had no flavor either..... definitely not the signature cajun corn we've had before from here. At first I thought it was just me but then my daughter tapped out too and said she can't eat the food anymore because it's not good anymore. No more Bellevue Wingstop for us.

Haven’t had any issues with the food so far. Employees didn’t seem too happy to be there. My main grief is the fact that every time I’m in there , almost every employee is not wearing gloves.Handling the food with out gloves. Not to mention the drink station is usually coated in sugar from spilled drinks. I can only imagine how often the drink dispenser nozzles are cleaned. Probably not often enough.

I ordered takeout online and arrived promptly at the scheduled pick-up time, around 10 pm. Unfortunately, I was left waiting for 10 minutes without being greeted. During that time, I saw five employees in the kitchen, with three of them either on their phones or goofing off. When I was finally acknowledged, they handed me my food, which had been sitting on the shelf behind the counter well before I even arrived. Anyone who knows anything about wings understands that they should not sit in a container for long, as the quality diminishes quickly. If I had been greeted on time, I’m sure my wings would’ve been fresher and more enjoyable. Disappointing service.
