Wingstop

This was my go-to Wingstop until I received my order and the wings literally still had feathers on them… so gross and lost my appetite. The wings were so dry and tough. But the feathers on a couple of them were the cherry on top. Threw all the food away. I had ordered my food at about 11pm and didn’t eat it til almost midnight so it was too late to even call and complain.. I emailed their customer service line and have not heard back from them…

If I have to pay these prices I would at least want accuracy with my order Even the kids complained the fries were too salty and the wings are small When I ask for LIGHT seasoning, I mean LIGHT seasoning These fries were not only not fresh but way too over seasoned

I ordered their new habanero wings didn’t receive them I got original hot , I asked for them to be well done which they weren’t . Their boneless wings were so tiny a 20 piece fit in 1 box literally the size of half my thumb. So disappointed.

The wings I got from uber eats are stale and look horrible. Unappetizing

Wings were super dry and not cooked well enough as well as fries couldn’t even take a bite because of greasy they were. Called the store and spoke to the manger for a refund and just put me on hold to click .
