Wing & Fish

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This establishment is an entire joke. I ordered the 10 wing combo with light lemon pepper. I received my order and the wings were entirely too salty to consume. I generally don’t like to complain to people making my food but I absolutely had to in this situation. I took my food back to the counter to explain the situation to the young latina female that was working the register. I tried to explain to her that the wings were too salty and that I asked for “light” lemon pepper for that reason. She proceeds to tell me there is nothing that can be done. After I protest, she takes my food back to the kitchen where the cook attempts to drop them in the fryer in hopes of cooking off the salt. Utter failure. The food is delicious at Wing n Fish. I would definitely recommend to anyone. However I do advise that they go during lunch time because the cashiers are very professional, attentive and knowledgeable when it comes to the menu and the customer service is a plus. The night shift is a different story, you wouldn’t believe that you’re patronizing the same business. The cashiers at night are rude with nasty attitudes and very unprofessional.

I ordered three pieces of fish from this restaurant because I had been craving it. I asked one of my coworkers about the quality of the fish, and she mentioned it was good; however, that turned out to be inaccurate. The fish I received was rubbery and overcooked, resulting in a waste of $11. I wish I lived closer, as I would have returned it. The taste and overall quality of the fish were disappointing, and I am very dissatisfied with my first experience dining there.

Thought I would do a review since I haven’t seen one written in a long time. Avoided this place for a long time, because I wasn’t sure if the food would be good. Ordered at the counter. No issues. Checked food prior to leaving. Food -10/10 - ordered 2 piece whiting combo. EXCELLENT Seasoned batter. Very fresh. Fries were perfect. I stopped eating fries from some places because they started to taste like the other food lol , but did not experience that. - comes with 2 hush puppies, fries drink . 2 tarter and coleslaw - Philly 10/10. It tastes like other Phillies. So no complaint. - Affordability 10/10. Fish dinner under $10.

I love this place ! My food is always on point & customer service is always good . Can’t complain , ever . When I’m on this side of town I gotta eat this
