Winfield's Pub

I can't say enough about this restaurant - they have the most amazing food and cocktails. Winfield's is a true scratch-kitchen so I always feel good about what I'm eating because I know it is fresh & locally sourced. Consistent quality is difficult to achieve, but they nail it every time. This is my favorite place for a night out!

So glad we found this place! We were on a road trip, staying at a local hotel, and searching for good food and not the usual chain restaurant. Great food and fun atmosphere. Several vegetarian options and even a few vegan ones.

My son loved his chicken sandwich and hot sauce. The rest of us weren't fans of the poutine and BBQ Mac and cheese (there was A LOT of BBQ mixed in). The brussel casserole was alright but too creamy for my liking. We waited for over an hour for our food. We kept being told they were short staffed and were apologized to many times. The waitress and bar tender were very nice.

Called to place an order. The woman who answers, says "This is Sherri" not Winfields this is sherrie, had to confirm had the right number. Food was awful. Tacos were very fishy, greasy not edible. I tossed. Broc vegan soup soup tastes as if nothing but dried herbs were added. Texture was weird, flavor no good. Chicken sandwhich 0 flavor, dry. Whole meal a disappointment. The only good item was kikis potato salad. They were quite good years ago, but past few orders have progressively gotten worse.

This place was highly recommended for a fish fry and Mac and cheese . Even though I did do take out I was definitely disappointed. The travel time from restaurant to my home is 8 minutes and I took it right out the kitchen . With that being said the fish was soggy definitely wasn’t crispy at all and was definitely not seasoned. As far as the sides basic fry’s and a apple slaw nothing special and $58 for 2 fish fry’s and a small side of Mac and cheese. Definitely disappointed. Hopefully we can try something else at the restaurant. The bartenders where absolutely wonderful and very nice and made you feel welcomed even though I was only picking up food and the place looks super cozy
