Winchell's Donut House

The girl in the evening was super nice!! Even though she was super busy she continued to be nice with everyone and made my sand which super good! I think her name was lizzy!

Always my place to go.Today was terrible.Ordered 2 ham and cheese croissants and after 15 minutes of waiting,went to ask how much longer.the lady that took my order had forgotten about my order.I know this because she asked me what kind of croissant did we ordered and orders taken after mine where already given out.no apology at all.never coming here again.😡

This place customer service is horrible . Starting off with older lady her name is Lucy she is really rude she asked me what was I going to order I told her then she started yelling out what kind of bagel she was like you gotta tell me what kind of bagel first before ordering I was so confused because she clearly asked what was I going to order before even asking which bagel made no sense . After that she was just being so rude and raising her voice for no reason . They had me waiting a long time just to ge try bagel I feel like she did it on purpose . I noticed she was being so polite to men and greeting them unlike with me being so rude and didn’t even have manners if I would because of her crappy service I’ll give it no stars .

The service is very good and I have been tasting here for long time I have the opportunity to recommend and also they are open 24 hours. Thank you guy .

Appalling Experience at Winchell's South Gate I stopped by the Winchell's in South Gate recently to pick up some donuts, and I was absolutely astounded by the behavior I witnessed. A bunch of leery old men were loitering in the store, singing loudly and obnoxiously. This is supposed to be a place where families can come to enjoy a treat, not a hangout for disruptive individuals. Additionally, these old men kept staring at me inappropriately, which was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing. Their behavior was not only a nuisance but completely inappropriate for a public space. It's baffling that the staff did nothing to address this issue.
